Computer System Servicing (CSS) NC II – This qualification is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a Computer Service Technician in accordance with industry standards. It covers basic and common competencies such as installing, maintaining, configuring, and diagnosing computer systems and networks.



Bookkeeping NC III – This qualification is designed to train students in journalizing transactions, posting transactions, preparing trial balance, preparing financial reports and reviewing internal control system.



Computer Programming NC IVThis qualification is designed to train students to write and test code that allows computer applications and software programs to function properly and will equip the students in analyzing data processing needs and problems, develops and prepares appropriate application programs. Students are trained in Object-Oriented and Window-based Programming and Database Management. Web Programming is also covered by this program.

Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing (EPAS) NC IIThis qualification equips a student with the following competencies; assemble electronic products, prepare printed circuit boards (PCB) modules and to install and service consumer and industrial electronic products and systems.





Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM NC) II –This qualification is designed to train the student in installing and maintaining electrical wiring, lightning, and related equipment and systems in residential buildings where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts.




RAC Servicing (DomRAC) NC II (Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning) This qualification is designed to train the students in installing, servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing domestic air-conditioning and refrigeration units.





Mechatronics Servicing NC IIThis qualification is designed to train the students in installing and configuring different mechatronic devices such as thermostats, photocopiers, digital watches, industrial machines, anti-lock brakes, and CD players among others.

  1. Skills Assessment Manager (SAM)


  • SAM is an interactive, online-learning environment that helps students to be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access) and computer concepts that is essential to academic and career success. Students observe, practice and be trained so they can apply their skills in live applications.



Microsoft Word enables the students to learn and create word documents necessary in office functionality. The students will be trained how to utilize and be proficient in using this application. This vital skill is useful for both complex business requirements as well as basic day-to-day purposes.

Microsoft Excel enables the students to learn, create and utilize spreadsheet documents. This skill is essential to organize large amount of data and performing calculations and formulas that is necessary for finance and accounting operations in a business.


Microsoft PowerPoint enables the students to learn and create business-like presentations with the use of different slides with images, graphs and video presentations that is necessary for business proposals and reporting in an organization or business.

CISCO Networking Academy is a global education initiative from Cisco Systems that offers networking programs like CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) courses, which prepares the students for the certification exams of the same name and other computer-related courses.


CISCO Networking Academy helps the students to learn fundamentals of networking and its components creating and converging different network topologies per business requirements, troubleshooting network connection problems and managing and maintaining established networks over the network or internet.
